Sergey and UKR handled our apartment reservation effortlessly. Sergey, personally met us at the airport in the reception area, and quickly got us to our apartment in the "very" center of Kiev. The apartment was in a perfect location, and the price was 50% of the hotels in the Center region. We had a comfortable living room, and kitchen, with all the amenities. I will never stay at a hotel in future visits to Kiev!

But Sergey didn't stop there. He got me connected to the Internet, helped us convert money, and even showed us to the local food market. All in all, he removed all the "unknowns" for a traveler visiting a Country for the first time. I would highly recommend that anyone scheduling a trip to Kiev, use UKR, and save money and time!
